i have the solution. De Bone the Chicken. ye, the whole bird can be deboned and remain completly intact. it takes a bit of practice. i originally learned to do this from an esipode of Julia Childs cooking show featureing anouther one of my kitchen idols Jaquaces Pepin. Hero! the man knew how to handle his proteins.
